SOVAH SHIPPING POLICY
 
1. SHIPPING REGIONS
 
SOVAH ships exclusively to all countries within the European Union (EU). This includes all EU member states. Orders to countries outside the EU will not be shipped and will be cancelled free of charge.
 
2. EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMES
 
Processing time: 1-2 working days
Shipping time (EU): 4-8 working days
Total delivery time: 5-10 working days
 
These are indicative delivery times. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, seasonal volumes, and external factors (holidays, weather conditions, customs processes). SOVAH is not liable for delays beyond our control.
 
3. SHIPPING COSTS
 
Free shipping: Orders with a total amount of €50.00 or more (excluding taxes) are shipped free of charge to all locations within the EU.
 
Paid shipping: Orders under €50.00 are subject to shipping costs, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
 
4. PACKAGE TRACKING
 
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. NOT ALL SHIPMENTS ARE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. If tracking information is available, it will be communicated via email. For questions about your order, please contact support@sovahcare.com.
 
5. RETURNS & RETURN POLICY
 
Return Policy (14 days):
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
 
• The product is unopened and unused
• The original packaging and all contents are in perfect condition
• The customer pays for the return shipping costs
• Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the full product price will be refunded within 14 working days
 
Note: If the product has been opened or used, the return may be refused. SOVAH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
 
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
 
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact support@sovahcare.com within 48 hours with:
 
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged/defective packaging and product
• A brief description of the issue
 
After approval, we will send you a free replacement product. This replacement product will be shipped free of charge. You do not need to return the damaged product unless it is particularly valuable.
